We believe that talent is everywhere. And sometimes, established nonprofits get the attention and funding while smaller, but innovative organizations struggle to be seen. So each year, we admit a class of EGF Accelerator Fellows— early stage nonprofit leaders who have not had a seat at the table. We run them through an intensive, multi-faceted, remote program to help them develop their talent. We provide them with tailored consulting, mentorship, expert guidance and a cohort of savvy social entrepreneurs. The impact has been beyond our wildest dreams. What the EGF Accelerator Fellows say:
